Kevin Chandler, CFP®, is a Senior Financial Planner with Galecki Financial Management. He focuses on analyzing cash flow, risk management, estate planning and retirement projections for the firm’s financial planning clients. Kevin also serves on the firm’s investment committee.
Kevin joined Galecki Financial Management in 2014 having spent the previous 10 years in Chicago, IL. In 2019, Kevin became a shareholder of Galecki Financial Management. In 2003, Kevin joined Bank One / JPMorgan Chase in their Internal Audit department. In 2005, Kevin joined the trust department of The Northern Trust Company in Chicago, IL where he held roles as an Assist Relationship Manager, Financial Consultant, Trust Administrator and Division Head. Kevin managed a group of 8 professionals, as well as, assisted clients in wealth transfer techniques, cash flow analysis, tax, partnership construction and trust administration. Kevin was an Advisory Member of the Investment Oversight Committee which reviewed client’s investment portfolios.
Kevin earned his bachelor’s degree from the Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business majoring in Finance and Computer Information Systems in May of 2003. Kevin also had the privilege to run cross-country and track at Indiana University having been named team captain in 2002.
Outside of the office Kevin enjoys spending time with his wife Megan and two children – Kendall and Duncan. When not spending time with the family Kevin is an avid biker and triathlete having completed numerous Sprint, Olympic, Half Ironman, and 3 Ironman contests. Kevin also enjoys doing woodworking projects for family and friends.

Andrew (Andy) Young, CPA/PFS, CFP® is a Senior Financial Planner with Galecki Financial Management. He joined the team in 2013 and became a shareholder in 2019. Andy works closely with clients in a wide range of services, including asset management and tax planning. He also serves on the firm’s Investment Committee.
Andy earned his bachelor’s degrees in Accounting (2010) and Finance (2011) from Indiana University, Fort Wayne. While at IPFW Andy ran cross country and also was a volunteer assistant coach in his final year. During school and after graduation, Andy worked at a local CPA firm. In 2011, Andy decided to change paths and focus on asset management and financial planning. Andy accepted a position with Ameriprise Financial where he worked with clients to help manage their investment portfolios.
Outside of work, Andy is a board member of Crossroad Child and Family Services and is part of the organization’s finance committee.
In his spare time, Andy enjoys spending time with his fiancée Mollee and their dog, Toby. He and Mollee have three nieces and one nephew. They enjoy playing golf and being outdoors in warm weather. Andy is an avid sports fan.

Chloe Blythe CFP®, is a Senior Financial Planner with Galecki Financial Management. She joined the team in October 2012, and became a shareholder in 2019. Chloe’s works closely with clients to establish, develop, and maintain their financial plan. This includes analyzing cash flow, risk management, and estate planning projections as well as being a resource for all questions and issues that inevitably occur as we navigate through our financial lives.
Chloe graduated from the University of Indianapolis in 2012 with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Finance and a minor in Mathematics. Chloe achieved her Financial Planning Certificate from Kaplan University in July 2014. She then passed the national board exam and officially became a Certified Financial Planner™ in December 2014.
On the personal side, Chloe is happily married to her husband Ryan. Chloe and Ryan have a daughter named Olivia and a dog named Phoenix. Chloe enjoys Notre Dame Football, the Harry Potter novels, and she aspires to become more outdoorsy.

Melanie Colwell, CFP®, CDFA® is a Senior Financial Planner with Galecki Financial Management. Melanie joined the team in 2005 and became a shareholder in 2011. She focuses on analyzing cash flow, risk management, estate planning and retirement projections for her clients. She also serves on the Investment Committee, helping to research and analyze allocation strategies.
Melanie has developed a strong reputation for working with women in transition needing sound financial planning and investment advice. She earned her Certified Divorce Financial Analyst™ designation through the IDFA in 2015 and is currently the only woman in our area who has this accreditation. This allows Melanie to analyze the financial impact of a divorce settlement and work closely with the legal team through the divorce process.
Melanie has attended a number of conferences and seminars geared towards addressing the unique needs of widowed clients. She has implemented a grief training program for the Galecki team. Melanie is available to speak to support groups about the unique financial planning issues facing widows.
Outside of the office, Melanie is a member of the Board of Directors for Whitington Homes & Services who serve children and families in their homes that are at risk or in crisis.
Melanie is happily married to her husband, Glenn, and the proud mother to their three children, Dylan, Dawson and Reagan.

Brady McArdle, CFP®, is a Senior Financial Planner with Galecki Financial Management and serves on the firm’s investment committee. He works closely with clients to review and manage their portfolios and provide financial planning.
Brady earned his bachelor’s degree from the Purdue University School of Science in May 1996. Upon graduation, he joined Self Trading Securities, Inc., as a trading consultant. Brady joined Charles Schwab & Co. Inc. in 1999 as a registered representative in the Fishers, Indiana. regional office. He worked as a Platinum team member serving clients with household assets of more than $1 million. In 2000, Brady transferred to Schwab’s Fort Wayne office and began work as an Investment Specialist.
Schwab closed its Fort Wayne office in 2004, and Brady spent the next two years with two small Registered Investment Advisors and then as Supervising Principal and RIA Manager for Oberlin Financial Corp (now LPL). In May 2006, Brady launched McArdle Financial, LLC. which conducted financial planning and asset management services in a Fee- Only environment. In 2007 Brady joined Galecki Financial Management, bringing more than 15 years of diverse industry experience to the firm.
Brady has a blended family with 6 children with his wife Brigid and he enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, running, tennis and coaching tennis at Bishop Luers High School.

Albert (A.T.) Kohout, CFP®, MBA, is a Senior Financial Planner with Galecki Financial Management. His primary role at GFM is to work closely with clients in a wide range of services, including portfolio review and management. He also serves on the firm’s investment committee.
A.T. earned his bachelor’s degree in corporate and international finance from Ball State University in December 1993 and his master’s degree in finance from Butler University in 2000. Upon graduating from Ball State, A.T. joined Edward Jones Investments in Terre Haute, Indiana before joining Charles Schwab & Co., Inc.’s National Service Center in 1995.
In 1996, A.T. was promoted to Schwab’s Indianapolis Branch, where he focused on building relationships with clients and providing advice on asset allocation models. In 1998, A.T. was promoted to Branch Manager and Vice President of a new Schwab office in Toledo, Ohio, and over the next three years received regional awards and recognitions. A.T. moved back to Indianapolis in 2001 and took on positions in the Retail Sales Strategy and Private Client divisions, working with Schwab’s highest net worth clients.
A.T. joined Galecki Financial Management in 2003 and became a shareholder in 2005. In his spare time, A.T. enjoys family activities, traveling, running and golf. He has been to all but 5 major league baseball stadiums.

Galecki Financial Management, Inc., has its roots in a firm Greg Galecki, CFP® started in 1990 as a part of a large regional CPA firm located in Fort Wayne, Indiana. In 1994, he purchased the company, changed the name to Galecki Financial Management, and under his leadership, it has grown to have the strong reputation it has today.
Greg began his financial planning career with IDS Financial Services/American Express and was the Division Financial Planner of the Year in 1987. He developed a financial planning practice for a CPA firm in Lima, Ohio before moving to Fort Wayne in 1990. In 1992, he was one of the first Advisors in Indiana to adopt the Fee-Only approach as opposed to a commission-based compensation.
Over the years, Greg has become a leader in the financial planning industry and a sought-after speaker at Fee-Only financial planning groups. He has served as President of the Northern Indiana Society of the Institute of Certified Financial Planners and as President and board member of the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA) Midwest Region.
Greg holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Cincinnati with a major in finance and concentrations in both business law and economics. He earned his Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation in 1989 from the College of Financial Planning in Denver, Colorado, and he continues to be a strong advocate for continuing education for CFP®s.
Greg and his wife Barb have seven children and four grandchildren. He is a licensed pilot and a U.S. Coast Guard Licensed Captain. In his spare time he enjoys tennis, running, boating, riding his Harley and reading U.S. History. He is always looking for a good book recommendation.
